We have heard Shri B.K. Singh, learned counsel for the review-applicant on the ground urged before this Court barring for the fact that cost to the tune of Rs.11,000/- was imposed on the petitioner.

We are not impressed on any other argument, which may call for a review of the judgment impugned.

We, accordingly allow this application only to the extent of exemption of cost and dismiss the review application on other grounds urged.
