2. Learned counsel for the applicants has stated at Bar that the present application under Section 482 has become infructuous as the applicants have been acquitted by the trial court vide judgment and order dated 20.07.2023.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the application under Section 482 is dismissed as infructuous.
