1. Matter taken up in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

2. The present appeal under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C has been preferred by the appellants against the judgment and order dated 21.3.1986 passed by VII Addl. Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad in S.T. No.183 of 1985.

3. As per the office report dated 5.4.2023, a report of C.J.M., Ghaziabad dated 20.11.2021 has been received stating therein that the appellant no.1 Riyazul, appellant no.2 Faisal Hussain and appellant no.3 Hamid have died. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

4. This Court has perused the said report which states that the all the three accused-appellants have died.

5. In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.

6. File consigned to records.

7. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks.
