1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

2. On 13.7.2023, time was granted to the learned Standing Counsel to seek complete instructions in the matter.

3. Today, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that the present case is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 07.08.2019 rendered in Writ Petition No. 5055 (M/B) of 2019.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment, meaning thereby, the petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of observations/directions contained in the said judgment on the same terms with a corresponding obligation on the opposite parties.
