3. Sri J.P. Tripathi, learned State counsel is present, who has been heard.

4. The present appeal has been filed by the appellants- Ram Phool and Mangu against the judgment and order dated 22.04.2006 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.9, Mathura in Sessions Trial No. 473 of 2000 (State Vs. Ramesh and others), Police Station Kosi Kala, District Mathura.

5. As per office report dated 27.02.2021 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellants in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 18.03.2020 informed that the appellants- Ram Phool and Mangu have died on 16.08.2016 and 24.04.2014 respectively. In support of which a report of concerned police station and the copy of death certificate issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh as well as village pradhan and the copy of the statements of the other witnesses have also been annexed thereto.

6. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.

7. Office is directed to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge concerned within two weeks from today.
