Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite being eligible of 5th pay commission, the same has not been granted to the petitioner. The petitioner claims to have retired in the year 2007. The petitioner places reliance on the judgment dated 13.9.2022 passed by this Court in Writ - A No.7498 of 2014.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith whatever documents he may choose to rely upon before respondent no.2 who shall consider the same and pass orders thereupon in accordance with law with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months.
This order has been passed in the presence of Shri N.C. Mehrotra, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3.
