Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Sri K. K. Pandey for the respondents no. 2 & 3.

The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner was appointed as contractual employee in the year 2006. He argues that the person similar to the father of the petitioner have been regularized in the year 2017, however, the case of the petitioner was not considered. He places reliance on the judgment of this Court in the case of Priti Sharma vs. State of U.P. and others; 2021 (6) ALJ 115.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four months. While doing so, he shall also take into consideration the judgment in the case of Priti Sharma vs. State of U.P. and others; 2021 (6) ALJ 115.
