The case is called out. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition.

Sri Amrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Shashank Gupta, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Tarun Agrawal, learned counsel for the State Election Commission are present.

As the entire exercise of election has been put to halt on account of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 27.12.2022 passed in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.878 of 2022 and the order of the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).128 of 2023, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.

The challenge to the inspection report and the shifting of the polling booth station is, thus, rendered infrcutous.

The writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
