1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The present appeal had been filed by the Claimants/ Appellants seeking enhancement of the Award passed by MACT Mathura.

3. The Claimants/Appellants and the Insurance Cos./Respondents have arrived at a settlement/ compromise whereby the present appeal is being settled for full and final consideration of Rs. 3,20,000/- (Rs. Three Lakh and Twenty thousand only) over and above the amount which has already been received by the Claimants/ Appellants in terms of the Judgment/ Award in the lower court.

4. Out of total amount of Rs. 3,20,000/-(Rs. Three Lakh and Twenty thousand only), 50 percent amount, i.e. 1,60,000/-(Rs. One Lakh and Sixty thousand only) shall be paid by the respondent No. 4-A and remaining 50 percent amount, i.e. 1,60,000/- (Rs. One Lakh and Sixty thousand only) shall be paid by the respondent No. 6 in terms of paragraph No. 3 of this order.

5. Nothing beyond the above shall be payable to the appellants by the Insurance Companies.

6. The said settlement/compromise is being arrived at between the parties through mutual consent, of their own free will and without any undue influence/coercion.

7. Parties to act as per compromise deed.

8. This appeal is disposed off in view of the settlement between the parties.
