Heard Shri Rajesh Kumar Asthana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Prashant Kuma Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent. The respondent no.1 is court concerned.

This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of review of the judgment and order dated 26.05.2023 passed in Case No.58 of 2023 before the opposite party no.1. The review petition has been filed on 18.07.2023 and as informed by learned counsel for the petitioner, thereafter the date was fixed on 26.07.2023 when the case was not taken up and now the next date fixed is 25.08.2023. Since the review petition has been filed only in the last month and it appears that even the notices have not been issued, therefore this Court is not inclined to pass any order at this stage for disposal of review.

Dismissed accordingly.
