HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD ?Neutral Citation No. - 2023:AHC:159087-DB Court No. - 44 Case :- CIVIL MISC REVIEW APPLICATION No. - 153 of 2021 Applicant :- Ram Kumar Mishra Opposite Party :- The Competent Authority And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Mohan Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party :- Chandan Sharma,Prashant Shukla Hon'ble Dr. Kaushal Jayendra Thaker,J.
Hon'ble Rajeev Misra,J.
This is a specially assigned matter.
The competent authority under Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation), Bareilly and the State of U.P are the applicants who have preferred this review application after the S.L.P. was dismissed by the Supreme Court holding that they do not see any merits in the matter and would not like to interfere in the matter.
In that view of the matter, can we say that the review application should be entertained. The answer is an empathetic no and we dismiss the same, however, it appears that the State is more concern with the cost which have been quantified at Rs. 50,000/-.
The learned counsel for the original petitioner on instructions submits that his client has already entered into an agreement with the inter winner and therefore does not claim the costs which was quantified at Rs. 50,000/-.
The review application is partly allowed.
The intervention application is also disposed of.
The parties to act as per the impugned judgment.
