1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

2. Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the charge sheet in Case No.182 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No.296 of 2020, under Sections 308/325 I.P.C. Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow pending before the court of IIIrd Additinal Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow.

3. I have gone through the impugned order and do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned proceedings.

4. This petition being devoid of merit and substance is hereby dismissed. However, if the petitioners surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week and apply for regular bail, their bail application shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously keeping in mind the order dated 07.10.2021 read with judgment dated 11.07.2022 of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation & Ors: SLP(Crl) No.5191 of 2021.
