Heard Arun Kumar Bajpai, learned counsel for applicant and Shri.Dharmendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties.

By means of this application, applicant has prayed to direct the Civil Judge, (J.D.) Fast Track Court/Crime Against Women, Fatehpur to decide the application of the applicant in case no.651 of 2017, Rajesh Singh Vs. Satyendra Singh and others) under Sections 354-B 323, 452, I.P.C. P.S.Kotwali, District-Fatehpur pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (J.D.) Fast Track Court/Crime Against Women, Fatehpur for clubbing the trial of applicant.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that he has filed an application on 30.5.2022 before the court concerned for trial of two cases by one court being cross case and said application is still pending.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties has contradicted the above submission.

After hearing learned counsel for parties, this application is disposed of with the direction that since an application has been filed on 30.5.2022 which is pending, trial court is directed to consider the same in accordance with law taking note of the judgment of Nathi Lal Vs. State of U.P., 1990 Supp SCC 145 and it is expected that the trial court shall decide the said application expeditiously, if necessary after hearing the parties.
