1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

2. Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the proceedings of the charge-sheet No.1 dated 31.01.2022 arising out of Case Crime/FIR No.375 of 2021 under Section 406 IPC, Police Station Ramsanehi Ghat, District Barabanki as well as summoning order dated 11.04.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No.411 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.20, Barabanki.

3. I have gone through the impugned order and do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned proceedings.

4. This petition being devoid of merit and substance is hereby dismissed. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of one week and applies for regular bail, his bail application shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously keeping in mind the order dated 07.10.2021 read with judgment dated 11.07.2022 of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation & Ors: SLP(Crl) No.5191 of 2021.
