Heard Sri Himanshu Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court below to decide Complaint Case No. 938 of 2019 (AAj Finance and Credit Limtied vs. Keltech Infrastructure Limited) under Section 138 N.I. Act, PS- Sector 24 NOIDA, district Gautam Budh Nagar within a definite period.

Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide aforesaid case in view of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in Suo Moto Writ Petition (Crl.) No.2 of 2020 decided on April 16, 2021 (In Re: Expeditious Trial of Cases under Section 138 of N.I. Act) reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 325 without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
