Heard learned counsel for parties.
Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to grant increment payable to petitioners and for extension of benefits of order passed in similar matters by this Court. For the aforesaid grievance, the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 06.08.2022. At present learned counsel for petitioners restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.
Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party No.1 i.e. Additional Chief Secretary, Ayush Anubhag-I, Government of U.P., Civil Secretariat, Lucknow who shall also consider the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Parmatma Prasad Pandey versus State of U.P. Through Principal Secretary Transport Deptt Lko & Others passed in Writ Petition No.18375 of 2020 in case the same is applicable. The orders shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation along with a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
