Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working on the post of Watcher under the respondents and is claiming minimum pay-scale of the post in the light of the judgment of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.10956 of 2018 (Sabha Shanker Dube Vs. Divisional Forest Officer and others) decided on 14.11.2018. In this respect, petitioner has filed a representation dated 11.10.2021. However till date, no order has been passed.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the representation dated 11.10.2021 of the petitioner shall be decided in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby provided that the respondent No.4- Prbhagiya Vanadhikari, Shahuwala Range Badhapur, District Bijnor shall decide the representation dated 11.10.2021 of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
