Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for State.

Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner claiming that he is working as a professor in Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology Kumar Ganj, Faizabad and is going to retire on 31.05.2022.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled for increase of his age of superannuation as settled by judgment and order dated 19.04.2022 passed in Writ-A No.3433 of 2022; 'Dr. Devendra Narain Mishra Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others' and grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case representation of petitioner for the said purposes is considered and decided in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for respondent have no objection only to the extent that fresh representation may be filed which shall be considered.

In view thereof, petitioner is permitted to make a fresh detailed representation to respondent no.1 Principal Secretary/Agriculture Education and Research, Government of U.P., Civil Secretariat, U.P., Lucknow, raising all his grievance, annexing therewith a copy of this writ petition along with annexures and all the documents in support of his claim within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order.

In case such a representation is moved by petitioner, respondent no.1 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is placed before him.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
