Sri S. P. Singh Somvanshi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that special appeal was filed by the department against the order dated 15.3.2021 passed in writ petition No.6800 (S/S) of 2021 which has been allowed vide judgment and order dated 13.1.2022.

Considering that the order of the writ Court has been set aside, the present contempt petition has lost its efficacy and has become infructuous. It is dismissed accordingly.
