This revision under section 397 readwith section 401 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 30-03-2009 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court IV, Faizabad in Sessions Trial No. 351 of 2007, relating to Case Crime No. 206 of 1995 under sections 460/411 I.P.C., Police Station-Maharajganj, District-Faizabad, whereby respondent nos. 2 to 5 have been acquitted.

The aforesaid revision was filed in the year 2009. There is a delay of four months and nineteen days in filing the said revision. No plausible explanation or reason for said delay has been given by the revisionist in filing the revision. Therefore, the revision is dismissed on the ground of filing of delay.
