1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rao Narendra Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
2. The present application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking bail in Case Crime No.151 of 2014, under Sections 364, 307, 302, 201, 120-B, 147 IPC, Police Station Manpur, District Sitapur.
3. In pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 28.4.2022 regarding the status of the trial, the trial court has submitted its report dated 7.5.2022. It has been submitted that expect for cross-examination of the Investigating Officer, almost all the witnesses of fact have been examined. It is also said that the trial got delayed because of the absence of the accused-applicant, and on 10.5.2022, remaining witnesses of the prosecution would get examined.
4. Considering the report of the trial court and the fact that the trial is almost complete, this Court does not find any ground to enlarge the accused-applicant on bail at this stage.
5. Bail application is accordingly rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial proceedings expeditiously and pronounce the judgment within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned trial court.
