This delay condonation application has been filed in aforesaid appeal which has been filed against the judgment and order dated 27.09.2016 passed by Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act)/Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.21, Mahoba in Special Case No.34 of 2013 (State Vs. Lakhan Lal and another) by which the opposite party nos.2 and 3 have been acquitted of the charges levelled against them under Sections 3(1)(10) S.C/S.T. Act.
The appeal is reported to be beyond time by 429 days.
Since there is no representation on behalf of the appellant to press the delay condonation application, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
