Heard Shri Santosh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.
The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, namely, Mangal, Lekhraj and Tara in Case Crime No. 162 of 2019, under Sections 323, 324, 308, 504, 506, IPC, Police Station - Highway, District - Mathura, after rejecting anticipatory bail of the applicants by Sessions Judge, Mathura vide order dated 21.2.2022.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file a regular bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In case bail application is filed by the learned counsel for the applicants, the same shall be decided in accordance with the judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
The application stands disposed of.
