1. Present revision under sections 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 26-05-2006 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.-II, Ambedkar Nagar in Sessions Trial No. 110/2004, by which respondent nos. 2 to 5 have been acquitted for the offences under sections 323/307/34 I.P.C., Police Station-Ahirauli, District-Ambedkar Nagar.
2. The State Appeal No. 63 of 2007, State of U.P. Versus Arvind Kumar and 2 Others, which was filed against the Judgment and Order dated 26-05-2006 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.-II, Ambedkar Nagar in Sessions Trial No. 110/2004, by which respondent nos. 2 to 5 have been acquitted for the offences under sections 323/307/34 I.P.C., Police Station-Ahirauli, District-Ambedkar Nagar, has been dismissed by this court vide Judgment and Order dated 04-08-2017.
3. Since the State Appeal No. 63 of 2007 has been dismissed, this court does not find any ground to interfere with the Judgment and Order dated 26-05-2006. This Revision is also dismissed.
