Heard learned counsel for the State.

By means of this writ petition, the State has assailed the judgment/order dated 21.9.2021 rendered by the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal in claim petition no. 1844 of 2019 whereby the censure entry awarded to the delinquent employee based on the inquiry held in this regard has been set aside on the ground that the order passed by the competent authority is non-speaking.

The tribunal while dealing with the lis has dealt with the matter exhaustively in the light of the attending circumstances.

The order passed by the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal in the facts and circumstances of the case does not suffer from any illegality calling for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The writ petition being bereft of merit is dismissed.
