Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India with a prayer to issue an order or direction to call for the record and to set aside the impugned order dated 29.08.2022 passed by learned A.C.J.M. Court no. 5, District Bareilly in Complaint Case no. 2294 of 2021 (Virendra Kumar Rastogi Vs. Suraj Prakash Rastogi), under sections 406, 504 IPC, P.S. Prem Nagar, District Bareilly and impugned judgment and order dated 19.10.2022 to the petition passed by learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Court no. 10, Bareily in Criminal Revision No. 693 of 2022 (Suraj Prakash Rastogi Vs. Vinod Prakash Rastogi ) and dismissed the complaint in question.

After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as material brought on record, I am of the view that impugned orders are based upon relevant consideration and supported by cogent reason, the same do not suffer from any irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error, hence, no interference is required by this Court. The prayer for quashing the impugned orders are refused.

The petition lacks merit. It is liable to be dismissed and is, accordingly dismissed.
