Heard Mr. Rajeev Mishra, the learned counsel for applicant and the learned Standing Counsel representing respondents No.1 and 2.

This review application has been filed seeking review of judgment and order dated 16.5.2022.

The review of judgment and order dated 16.5.2022 is being sought on the ground that subsequently, the State Government has taken a decision to grant compassionate appointment to daughters including adopted daughters, widow and daughter-in-law.

The writ petition filed by petitioner was dismissed by this Court on the ground that petitioner/review-petitioner attained majority after 10 years from the date of death of her father and secondly a period of 27 years has rolled by from the date of death of father of petitioner.

Learned counsel for applicant could not point out any error in the aforesaid findings. Moreover, no review of an order is possible on the basis of a document which is not part of the record.

In view of above, there is no error apparent on the face of record. Therefore, this review application fails and is liable to be dismissed.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
