Order on I.A. No.1 of 2022:
Heard.
The application seeks condonation of delay in filing the review application.
Cause shown is sufficient.
The application is allowed.
Delay in filing the review application is condoned.
Order on review application:
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The review application has been filed seeking review of the judgment dated 19.05.2022 passed in Writ - C No.26613 of 2021.
Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that when the shop of the petitioner Banwari Lal was cancelled on 27.01.2018, the applicant was appointed to carry out the shop in question. The appointment order dated 06.06.2018 has been produced which reveals that the appointment of the applicant was subject to the outcome of the litigation initiated by person whose license has been cancelled.
Considering the fact that the license of the applicant was ad-hoc and was subject to the outcome of the litigation, no good ground for review at the instance of the applicant is made out. The applicant does not have any vested right to continue the shop in question, which by the very allotment order was subject to the outcome of the litigation.
No good ground for review is made out. The review application is accordingly rejected/dismissed.
