It appears from the record that appellant- Ram Sewak Yadav, has preferred a regular Criminal Appeal No.602 of 2000 through his counsel Shri K.K. Singh against the same judgment and order dated 09.06.2000 passed by the trial Court.

As connected Criminal Appeal No. 602 of 2000 and present Jail Appeal No. 821 of 2000 preferred by the convict/ appellant- Ram Sewak Yadav arise out of the common judgment and order dated 09.06.2000, therefore, we deem it appropriate to consign Jail Appeal No. 821 of 2000 to records, with liberty to the appellant- Ram Sewak Yadav to pursue his Criminal Appeal No.602 of 2000, which he has preferred through his counsel Shri K.K. Singh.

In view of the aforesaid, Jail Appeal No. 821 of 2000 is consigned to records.

Office is directed to delink Jail Appeal No. 821 of 2000 from Criminal Appeal No. 602 of 2000.
