A Division Bench has modified the judgment dated 05.01.2021 passed in Writ Petition no. 19235 (S/S) of 2020 in a Special Appeal preferred by the opposite party of the writ petition, as informed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, yesterday itself. Therefore, it cannot be said that any contempt proceedings would lie at this stage.

Leaving the matter open for consideration if the occasion so arises, at this stage the contempt petition is dismissed but without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner under the aforesaid judgments.
