1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the entire record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act has been filed against the ex-parte judgment and order dated 29.09.2018 passed by the Additional District Judge/F.T.C.-II/Additional Family Judge, Lucknow in Criminal Case No. 1579 of 2017, awarding maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to revisionist no. 1 and Rs.2,000/- per month to revisionist no. 2 respectively.
3. The revisionists have sought modification of the impugned order to the extent that the maintenance may be directed to be paid to the revisionists from the date of application.
4. The learned Family Court, after considering the facts and circumstances of the case, including the economic condition and earning of the respondent no. 2, has granted maintenance to the revisionists, as mentioned above. I do not find any force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revisionists to direct payment of maintenance from the date of application.
5. Therefore, the present revision is hereby dismissed. However, it is open to the revisionists to pursue there remedy for enforcement of the order dated 29.09.2018 impugned in this revision.
