The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondents to make payment of minimum of the pay scale to the petitioner admissible to regularly appointed Class-IV employees of the Forest Department in the light of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sabha Shanker Dubey v. Divisional Forest Officer & Ors., Civil Appeal No.10956 of 2018 decided on 14.11.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner makes fresh representation to the authority concerned ventilating his grievance within two weeks, the authority would decide the same in accordance with law in further six weeks.

Present order has been passed with due assistance of Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
