Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present revision has been filed against the order dated 27.1.2012 passed by Principal Magistrate/Member Juvenile Justice Board, Ramabai Nagar in case crime No. 421 of 2011 under Section 376 IPC, police station Akbarpur, District Ramabai Nagar, whereby bail application of the revisionist who is juvenile has been rejected also for quashing the appellate order dated 18.2.2012 passed by learned Sessions Judge Ramabai Nagar in criminal appeal no. 06 of 2012.

This revision was filed in the year 2012 for release of revisionist on bail. The revisionist was never granted bail. The trial must have concluded. This matter appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time.

In the fact and circumstances of the case this revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
