The present appeal has been filed against an order dated 30.8.2003 passed by the Workman Compensation Commissioner / Deputy Labour Commissioner, granting compensation to the employee under the Workmen Compensation Act.

The appeal had been filed after a period of more than two years. Though delay in filing the same had been condoned but the appeal had been dismissed on merits.

No good ground has been made out for review of the judgment and order dated 7.4.2005.

The review application is accordingly, rejected.
