The appellants are exempted from filing the certified copy of the judgment dated 05.03.2021 passed by leaned Single Judge.

After arguing the appeal at length, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the appellants may be allowed to raise all the arguments before the Court hearing the criminal contempt because any observation made by this Court at this stage may affect it and with the aforesaid, this appeal may be disposed of.
As prayed, the appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellants to raise all the arguments on merit before the Court hearing the criminal contempt. The arguments raised by the appellants herein would otherwise be considered by the Court hearing the criminal contempt. With aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of.
