(1) None appears for the petitioners.

(2) This Court has perused the record, it finds that the petitioners had challenged the order dated 18.10.2012 passed by the Judge, Small Causes Court, Lucknow, in SCC Suit No.109 of 2008 (Ramehetu and Others Vs. Ali Ahmad alias Ammu) and also the order passed on 15.10.2014 by the Revisional Court rejecting the Revision No.32 of 2014.

(3) This Court has perused the order impugned the Judge Small Causes Court in his judgment and order dated 18.10.2012 had decreed the Suit filed by the plaintiff/landlord directing the payment of arrears of rent, damages, admissible tax etc., to the landlord for House No.551/Ga/94 Old Sardari Kheda, Alambagh, Lucknow. The learned Trial Court had directed the tenants to vacate the house in question within 60 days and to pay all arrears to the landlord within the same period. In case of any failure to do so, the landlord would be entitled to get possession through the Court. The Revisional Court has considered the arguments raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners at length and found no merits in the Revision and hence rejected the same by his order dated 15.10.2014.

(4) The order of Judge Small Causes Court having been affirmed and there being no interim order in this writ petition, it is against likely that the landlords have obtained possession of the property in question from the petitioners.

(5) The writ petition has become infructuous, it is dismissed as such.
