The Court has convened through Video Conferencing.

Heard Mr. Lalu Prasad Bhatt, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Arun Kumar Pandey, learned A.G.A. for State-respondents.

The present Habeas Corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following primary relief:-

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the opposite party nos.1, 2, 3 and 5 to produce the detenue/corpus before this Hon'ble Court and hand over her custody to in the son of deponent."

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in compliance of Court's order dated 05.07.2021, he has gone through the judgment passed in Rachna and another vs. State of U.P. [Writ Petition No.362 (H/C) of 2020] decided on 08.03.2021 and prays that this petition be dismissed as not pressed.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the above, the present writ petition, is accordingly, dismissed as not pressed without any further liberty.

The party shall file computer generated copy of order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by it alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person(s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number(s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked before the concerned Court/ Authority/ Official.

The concerned Court/ Authority/ Official shall verify the authenticity of the computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
