1. Learned counsel for parties are in agreement that this writ petition be disposed of with the direction that representation of petitioner be decided by Respondent-3 considering the judgments passed by this Court in Narsingh Rai vs. Deputy Director of Education, Varanasi and others, 2018(11) ADJ 135 and Satish Chandra Srivastava vs. State of U.P. and others, 2019(6) ADJ 507.

2. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Respondent-4 that in case a fresh representation is filed by petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, considering above referred judgments, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date the representation is filed alongwith a copy of this order.
