This is an application for extension of time to surrender and the protection granted for the period of 45 days vide order dated 21.10.2020. There is no jurisdiction with this Court to review or modify a final judgment except to the extent of correcting a clerical or arithmetical error in view of the provisions of Section 362 CrPC. That is not the case here.

Accordingly, this application stands rejected.
