Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondents No.2 to 11 is dispensed with.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner prays that Regular Suit No.370/2012 filed by the petitioner against the respondents No.2 to 11 be expedited.

It is submitted that in the aforesaid case, issues were framed and the petitioner has already concluded his evidence. The respondents No.2 to 11 have examined one witness, whose cross-examination has also been concluded and the matter is now fixed for the cross-examination of the defendant witness No.2. It is also submitted that at the evidence stage, the date of about a month is fixed and the suit is pending since 2012, it is necessary that the proceedings be expedited so that the matter can be culminated in a judgment.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also from the perusal of the record including the extract of the order-sheets which has been brought on record as Annexure No.2, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice can be served by directing the Judge, Small Cause Court, Faizabad (now Ayodhya) to consider and finally decide the Regular Suit No.370/2012 most expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. The petitioner shall cooperate in the proceedings and also not seek any unnecessary adjournment and an endeavour should be made to decide the entire suit within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is placed before the court concerned.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
