Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.

Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to release the pension of the petitioner and for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.2.2021 within stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his submissions has placed reliance on the order dated 6.10.2020 passed in Writ-A No.35301 of 2017. It is contended that the same has also been affirmed by the Division Bench in Special Appeal No.97 of 2021 (State of U.P. & Ors. v. Bhanu Pratap Sharma). As such it is contended that the petitioner being on same footing is also entitled for similar indulgence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the authority concerned to look into the grievance of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law and taking into account the aforesaid judgments expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of production of copy of this order.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
