This writ petition has been filed to seek a direction for removal of unauthorized construction on Gata No. 1604 situate in village Kursath Bujurg, Pargana Mallava, Tehsil Vilgram, District Hardoi.

Counsel for the respondents submits that action has already been initiated to remove the encroachment and is likely to be completed soon.

We find that allegation of encroachment on the land belonging to the Pond has been made. The prayer to remove the encroachment is made in reference to the judgment of the Apex Court.

Since action has already been initiated by the respondents, they are directed to complete it expeditiously not beyond the period of four months. The action would be taken as per the law.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.
