The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 30.9.2010 passed in Contempt Application (CIVIL) No.4568 of 2010 (Deelip Kumar and others Vs. U.P. Tomar, Registrar Examination, G.B.T. University and another).

From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest.

In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.

In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
