The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayers :-

" a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the mandamus commanding to the respondent no.5 that they may produced the re-evaluation chart and the scan copy of answer Book as re-evaluate of the Assistant teacher recruitment 2018 of the petitioner. And also declare pass and upload the result on the website of the department by giving number in minute mistake."

Sri Prem Shanker Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that wholly illegally only 66 marks were awarded to the petitioner in respect of the examination in question although the petitioner is entitled for two more marks. The cut of marks for selection is 67.

Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned Standing Counsel representing respondents no.1, 2, 4 and 5 prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instructions in the matter.

Put up as fresh on 27.5.2019 before the appropriate Court.
