Heard Sri Vikas Agarwal, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Anuj Kudesia, for the petitioner.
Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by Sri Dhirendra Singh, Advocate, who has put in appearance on their behalf.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has submitted that action of the opposite parties in placing the petitioner in Roster for providing the appointment on compassionate ground is arbitrary and illegal and such exercise has not been carried out, strictly in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards Annexure No.11 to the writ petition, which is an order dated 11.03.2019, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7034 (S/S) of 2019; Santosh Kumar vs. Food Corporation of India & others submitting that this matter may be decided in terms of the aforesaid order dated 11.03.2019 passed in the case of Santosh Kumar (supra) being a similar and identical matter.
List this petition on 04.04.2019 as fresh to enable the learned counsel for the opposite parties to file the short counter affidavit/ counter affidavit.
It is clarified that interim relief application of the petitioner may be considered on the next date.
