Heard Sri Rama Raman Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices on behalf of opposite party Nos.1 to 5 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

Since the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has been directed to seek instructions in the matter, therefore as to whether the notice to opposite party No.6 would be issued or not, shall be considered on the next date.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that the District Inspector of Schools concerned be directed to accord the financial approval for payment of salary of the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment i.e. 01.04.2017 on the post of Assistant Teacher, L.T. Grade (Adhunik Subject) and the petitioner be paid arrears of salary.

List this petition on 02.04.2019 as fresh to enable the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel to seek complete instructions in the matter.
