Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that identical controversy is pending consideration before this Court in Writ A No.4565 of 2019 (Rampravesh Ram and another Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others).

Six weeks further time is granted to learned counsel for all the respondents to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks' thereafter.
