1. For a period of five years after the order was passed on 10.1.2001, learned Advocate for the appellant has failed to take steps.

2. I have requested Sri N.K. Srivastava, Advocate, who normally appears for National Insurance Company Limited and Sri Saurabh Srivastava-Advocate who normally appears for the New India Insurance Company Limited to accept a copy of memo of appeal and seek instructions from the insurance company as for 27 years none has appeared on behalf of it.

3. Fresh notice need be issued to the respondents by registered /speed post.

4. List on 5.3.2019 for final disposal before the undersigned showing the name of Sri N.K. Srivastava and Sri Saurabh Srivastava as counsel for respondents- Insurance Company.
