6. Stay on deposit of the entire decretal amount awarded by Court below in M.A.C.P. No.428 of 2011, if not already deposited within two months from today, out of which, 25% shall be invested in an interest fetching account / FDR in a nationalised Bank and the balance 75% shall be released to the claimant - respondents without furnishing security within one month thereafter.
