Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the District Basic Education Officer, Shrawasti (here-in-after referred to as the "B.S.A.") has submitted that he has got complete records in the matter, which shows that the petitioner while discharging the duties of Mukhya Sevika with effect from 22.08.2003 to 28.02.2015 at Block-Wazirganj, District-Gonda and in that period she has also completed her B.Ed. Degree as a regular student in the year 2008 from Agrasen Mahila Post Graduate College, Azamgarh, which may not be permissible.

Therefore, learned counsel for the B.S.A. shall file the supplementary counter affidavit enclosing therewith entire material on record, within a period of ten days from today and copy thereof shall be provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner on or before 20.04.2019. While filing the relevant documents, learned counsel for the B.S.A. concerned shall also file the charge-sheet, if any, so provided to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner thereafter may file supplementary rejoinder affidavit within a period of one week.

List this petition on 30.04.2019 within top ten cases. The record shall again be shown to the Court on the next date.
